📦 Return & Refund Policy

At T.E.K Essentials, we take pride in creating handmade, made-to-order pieces with care and intention. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🚫 Custom Orders & Regular Orders

 (No Returns or Refunds)

All custom and made-to-order items & Items purchased on T.E.K essentials website are final sale.

Due to the personalized nature of our crochet pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Custom crochet bouquets
  • Custom clothing & T.E.K crochet items  (tops, sets, ski mask ,etc.)
  • Any made-to-order items
  • Crochet Patterns 
  • Crochet Ebook 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can review and resolve the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized crochet items & Patterns
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care goods

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

🌍 European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

⚠️ This does not apply to custom or made-to-order items, which remain final sale.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
